Don adds your info in TikTok LIVE Backstage. Your app access turns on automatically after the next data sync.

Use the same email the agency has for you. Creator Managers sign in on this same screen too. Changed your TikTok username? Your account is tied to your TikTok creator ID, so your history carries over automatically.
What's inside the ADX app and how to use it.
Keep your profile complete so the agency can reach you. If anything is missing, the app will ask you to fill it in when you sign in.

The manager portal at app.adxelite.com (same sign-in as creators) lets ADX staff see their creators, answer Manager Chat, post in Agency Chat, and track ban appeals.

Every creator on your team with their 30-day diamonds, so you can spot who's growing and who needs a check-in.
Comes from the Backstage "Group" each creator is in. Team changes made in Backstage show up after the next data update.
Name, phone, email, and Snapchat as the creator entered them in their profile.
If a creator's email or phone is blank, they can't get sign-in links or texts. Nudge them to complete their profile.
Creators see your name and Snapchat first in their contact list, so keep your Snapchat current.
Each creator has one private thread shared by the creator, Don, Kenna, and that creator's team manager.
The all-agency room every creator can see. Posting there does not text anyone unless an admin chooses to.
Creator data comes from TikTok LIVE Backstage exports; each upload refreshes the whole app.
The weekly export (Sunday–Saturday) is uploaded Monday mornings. The app posts the top 10 by diamonds, newest week on top, keeping 20 weeks.
Check that their email or phone is in their profile. Missing email means they need to send it to Don so it can be added in Backstage. New creators can use the New Creator Form on this page.
Their Backstage group sets the team. Ask Don to move them; it updates after the next import.
They were removed from the Backstage roster. Confirm with Don.
