These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of adxelite.com (the "Site"), our text messaging program, and the creator management services (together, the "Services") provided by AdrenalineX Elite, LLC, doing business as ADX Elite and AdrenalineX ("ADX Elite," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

ADX Elite is a TikTok LIVE creator management agency. We offer coaching, growth strategy, LIVE monetization guidance, brand partnership support, account support, and creator rewards. Joining our creator network is free. We are an independent agency operating within TikTok's agency program. We are not owned by or affiliated with TikTok beyond that program, and TikTok's own terms continue to apply to your TikTok account.

2. Eligibility

You must meet TikTok's age and eligibility requirements for LIVE and LIVE gifting, which are generally 18 or older, to join our network. By using the Services, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: ADX Elite Account Alerts

Program description: When you opt in, ADX Elite will send you account notification text messages for your ADX creator account, such as login verification codes, password change confirmations, and account security alerts. You may opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our SMS opt-in form or in your creator profile.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also opt out using the text message opt-out form. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did originally.
• For help, reply HELP to any message or email admin@adxelite.com.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of joining our network or of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Leaving the Agency

You may leave our network at any time, subject to TikTok's agency rules, including any waiting periods TikTok sets before you can join another agency.

5. Your Content and Conduct

You keep ownership of your content. You agree to follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, and not to use our Services for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

6. No Guarantees

We work hard to help creators grow, but we do not guarantee any particular results, earnings, brand deals, For You Page placement, or outcomes of account appeals. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including TikTok's policies and algorithms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the AdrenalineX and ADX Elite names and logos, belong to AdrenalineX Elite, LLC. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services link to and rely on third-party platforms such as TikTok. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdrenalineX Elite, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost earnings or lost data, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
