AdrenalineX Elite, LLC, doing business as ADX Elite and AdrenalineX ("ADX Elite," "AdrenalineX," "we," "us," or "our"), is a TikTok LIVE creator management agency based in Jacksonville, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit adxelite.com (the "Site"), contact us, receive text messages from us, or join our creator network (together, the "Services"), and how we use and protect it.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you apply, message us, or join our network, we may collect:
- Your name, TikTok username, and profile details
- Contact information, such as your email address, phone number, or messaging handles
- Messages you send us through TikTok, email, group chats, or other channels
- Information you share for coaching, brand partnerships, contests, or rewards, such as content preferences, audience information, and a shipping address for prizes or gifts
Text message (SMS) information. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number, your opt-in consent (including the date, time, and method of opt-in), your opt-out requests, and messages you send to us by text.
Creator performance information. After you join our network through TikTok's official agency system, TikTok may share certain data about your account and LIVE activity with us. This can include LIVE hours, diamonds or coins received, follower counts, and account standing. We use it to support, coach, and reward you.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To review applications and onboard creators into our network
- To provide coaching, growth strategy, LIVE monetization guidance, and account support, including help with bans and restrictions
- To find, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships for you
- To run contests, events, tournaments, and monthly rewards, and to deliver prizes
- To communicate with you about your account, our Services, and updates, including account notification text messages (such as verification codes and security alerts) if you have opted in
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our Services
- To comply with legal obligations and TikTok's agency program requirements
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only in these situations:
- TikTok: as needed to operate within TikTok's agency and creator network programs
- Brand partners: with your knowledge, when we pitch or arrange a brand deal on your behalf
- Service providers: with vendors that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, text messaging, and shipping. They may use your information only to provide services to us, and never for their own marketing.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AdrenalineX, our creators, or others
- Business transfers: if AdrenalineX is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
4. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in through our SMS opt-in form or your creator profile, ADX Elite may send you account notification text messages, such as login verification codes, password change confirmations, and account security alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of joining our network or using our Services.
- How we use SMS data: only to send you the messages you signed up for, respond to you, and keep records of your consent and opt-out choices.
- No sharing for marketing: We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- To opt out: reply STOP to any message, or use the form below. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we'll stop texting you.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, or email admin@adxelite.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Opt Out of Text Messages
Use this form to stop receiving text messages from ADX Elite. We'll process your request promptly.
6. Cookies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies needed for it to work and to understand how visitors use it. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

We keep your information for as long as you are part of our network, and afterward only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to resolve disputes, or to meet legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Choices and Rights
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or using the opt-out form, and opt out of other non-essential messages by contacting us.
- You can leave our agency at any time, subject to TikTok's agency rules.

11. Age Requirements
Our Services are intended for creators who meet TikTok's age requirements for LIVE and LIVE gifting, which are generally 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
